To date none have been delivered. Complaints have been filed with the OIG for the United States Postal Service, who allows delays of Registered Mail without challenge and referred me to postal employees who try to justify non-delivery. This is interference with commerce by seizure of documents. Prohibited by R.I.C.O. 18 U.S.C. 1951(a)(b)(1) and (2). There needs to be an investigation into this "obstruction of justice" by the Office of Inspector General.
