The way we beat corruption is through our police. I know they have a very bad reputation for how they abuse their authority. That is because they are constantly facing hostile situations. Their mentality has been altered by attorneys who have made our "peace officers" into fraudulent "law enforcement officers" to enforce their "fictions of law". Only a sovereign can sign a complaint to evoke personal and subject matter jurisdiction. Without a complaint there is no authority of BAR members to use our peace officers. The implementation of a signed complaint will remove 95% of the injustice in America. If I have injured a sovereign and they sign a complaint under penalty of perjury, I am required to answer for that injury. Without a signed complaint I am required to answer no questions of law enforcement. Our police must be restored to their original purpose to keep the peace in our nation and refuse to act as thugs of attorneys. The bad will be easily identified.

Denny Hardin · As Tribunal I have been focused on the Courts, but I realize the "Lawfare" against Trump is being publically promoted by the corrupt media of MSNBC, CNN and other news outlets where former U.S. Attorneys are allowed to twist the truth to fit their narrative. Today Judge Cannon's jury instructions were the topic of condemnation and John Smith's desire for appeal is blocked by her refusal to issue an Order. Yesterday the authority of UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to conduct judicial process was challenged by Judgment of treason. This means all UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS have no jurisdiction to hear criminal cases, and no authority to have their cases heard by appeals courts. Again usurpation of jurisdiction in clear treason by John Smith. This creates the illusion of power, where lawfully there is none. John Smith is a DOJ assassin unlawfully appointed special counsel in violation of the law that prohibits his prosecution of Trump. Judgment is coming soon.

There are many wrongs being exercised under the color of law. The most threatening is the U.S. Marshall's. Let me say I have never had a problem with any of them, they treated me with respect. But that does not sanction their organized crime. The Congress ordered U.S. Marshalls to enforce the fraudulent Judgments of fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. Basically granting "police powers" that were not delegated by our Constitution. I do not blame Marshalls, I blame attorneys in Congress sanctioning "organized crime" by illegal use of force of arms. This "organized crime" includes kidnapping, hostage taking, unlawful detainment, unlawful incarceration, under color of law. There are many aspects of our government not serving the interests of sovereigns, but most can be corrected. We must stop accepting "fiction of law" that allow BAR members to violate God given rights. Better to suffer every wrong, than consent to wrong. Time to rise and save America.

Today is the first day of my acceptance that I am dead in law. This is the common practice of all courts to stop all litigation for criminal conduct of attorneys. Since attorneys own these courts attorneys should be taxed to support them. All courts are monopolized by attorneys and paid for by taxpayers, isn't this taxation without representation? Attorneys are able to steal our bank accounts, seize our property, take our life, liberty and freedom all under the color of law. Of course God's Law condemns this conduct but Law is not allowed in the courts they operate on "fictions of law" called codes, rules,ordinances and regulations. Taxpayers are being robbed to support these courts that allow attorneys unlimited power over the people to terrorize, defame and oppress their rights, privileges and immunities. We must ponder a solution to this problem since court is no longer an option. God's will be done.

Trump should go to jail so he can see first hand the corrupt organized crime of attorneys. Being in prison gave me first hand knowledge of the Americans fighting for freedom and the violations of law by imposter judges and the attorneys who engage in treason on a daily bases. The first step of every case is the court's jurisdiction, a court proceeding without it is engaged in treason. Every court lacks jurisdiction because a foreign agent of a foreign state is presiding as an imposter judge in violation of the original 13th Amendment. All attorneys are engaged in this treason and exercising police powers they do not have to persecute the people. Trump should not be put in solitary confinement he should walk among the people and hear what is happening to them, so he will know the true nature of the foreign state of BAR Associations. This is the biggest threat to our Republic and must be stopped to restore justice to America.

The American People are in a Constitutional Crisis where a Foreign State (BAR) has seized government to persecute those who disagree with their bogus authority. Trump's cases are a clear example. The American BAR Association is every state Supreme Court and collectively in the United States Supreme Court. Foreign Agents have seized these Constituional Courts operating our judicial power under Article III and changed them to Article IV Legislative Court with no judicial authority. Every judgment of these courts and all those under them are "Bills of Attainder" prohibitted to all government. With letters of marquee they operate the law of the sea upon our land in bogus Admiralty jurisdiction where the imposter judge is the captain of the ship. Of course the judge uses rules, codes, statutes and ordinances to defeat our law of the Constitution. They can silence Trump, but they cannot stop truth.

Trump has established Truth Social claiming it is a 1st Amendment freedom of speech website. But who controls it. Devan Nunez a BAR member. Truth Social has now stopped allowing posts to be copied for publication on other sites. Thus stopping individuals to voice their opinion and share it with others. Isn't this seizure of your work product and limitation of its use? The BAR is controlling Truth Social to oppress freedom of speech.

I apologize for my lack of knowledge, but I assure you I am getting understanding. We all know the corruption of the BAR Associations but we fail to realize it is our state Supreme Courts who control the licenses to practice law. Therefore, the Supreme Court of the United States is the ABA (AKA: American BAR Association). These Associations fraudulently claim to possess privileges sovereigns do not have. The most prominent being the licenses to practice law, issued by Supreme courts who regulate it. Therefore, the Associations determine what is and is not allowed in the practice of law and for conformity to their codes, statutes and ordinances. These are for citizens and not binding on sovereigns. Research into the Constitutions that govern them is underway. Will keep you appraised.

My question is are rules of court binding on a sovereign? Trump is a sovereign and as such is not subject to codes created by fraudulent courts of no jurisdiction. But Trump is being held hostage by his attorneys who claim they have his best interest at heart while robbing him blind in legal fees. This is clearly the "Organized Crime" of "Extortion". Today's courts are corporations claiming authority to make up law as they go to persecute the American People and terrorize them into submission to their bogus authority. Only Article III courts have jurisdiction over a sovereign, today's courts are all Article IV Legislative courts with no jurisdiction. This usurpation of police powers has the support of all attorneys who profit from bogus cases like Trump's. Hamas has set the stage by Universal Law. Whatever energy you send out must comeback to you. Palestinians are promoting hate of the Jews to the world and the world and the world is allowing it. Hamas has raped, robbed and murdered now face the consequences. The hate they have sent out must come back to them. I hate those who prey on the weak and defenseless. Hamas should be wiped out with all their Palestinians human shields protecting them and should be condemned around the world for their terrorism of the Jewish people.

What does it take to be heard? Do you have to be black or brown to be considered violated by government? I have conducted over 35 years of research into the corruption of our government, but the powers that be, can ignore it because I am white. If I were black the truth I have exposed would be on every news channel. If I were brown money would be pouring in to oppose the corruption. Attorneys would be fighting to represent me, to keep it quiet. But because I am white and oppose the white power structure of government, I am ignored. So I must accept my fate to know the truth of government corruption and can do nothing to restore justice in America. So I must withdraw from this fight with knowledge I can no longer believe in America as a just society. Justice in America is determined by the color of your skin, not the content of your character, your knowledge or ability. So I leave you with yourselves knowing America will never be great under you.

Biden (Obama's flunky) is going to Iseral to delay attack on Hamas (Islamic terrorists) who attacked them. Obama and Biden are in trouble because they have shown the American people "Democracy" in its true light and are losing support daily. Obama utilized his pal (Iran) to stage a world wide assault on freedom to control the media narrative that was threatening the Impeachment of his flunky. Our Nation is under attack by those loyal to Hamas, who are conducting protest, want to kill Americans being held hostage, but know they themselves would be targeted. Terrorism only works against the weak who will not retaliate in kind. Terrorists like government prey on the weak and those who threaten their power. All of Obama's emails and phone calls should be investigated by the FBI, but we have learned they are in his pocket. Trump 2024 to end the terrorism of our government.

Obama needs to be brought before Congress to explain his ties to Hamas and Iran. The Democrat media machine is supporting terrorist and condemning Iseral. If they will kill a child what other vial crap are Palestinians capable of in our world? They lie to our face claiming they do not support Hamas but act as human shields to protect them. Iseral gave them the opportunity to leave, all who stay are supporting the terrorists as enemy combatants. The world should refuse all claims of Palestinians because they cannot be trusted. Since they have taken Americans hostage they should all be sent to Allah. Let him sort them out.

Terrorists (Palestinians) commit horrific acts against Israel, then want to claim to be victims when retaliation comes. Gaza has long been a harbor of Hamas and needs to be cleansed to establish peace in the reign. The attack on civilians removes all claims for a peaceful settlement of the issues by those who bully others. All Palestinians need to be removed from the United States, because if they support attacks on Israel they will also support attacks on the American People. Of course Hamas is doing Iran's bidding and being paid by Biden to do it. Killing a few thousand people has stopped the examination of government corruption and dominated the media in America. We the people need to keep our eye on who is behind the attacks and make sure they are held accountable in 2024. This would not have happened under Trump.

I believe Trump being made speaker of the House could change the course of our Nation. As speaker he could bring the corrupt Administration before Congress for accountability. Of course by impeaching Biden and Harris as incompetent, he could be made President as third in line of succession. It is time Democrats faced the penalty of their criminal conduct. Trump knows the actors, and their conduct, and has seen the corruption we all face in court frist hand and could reinstate our Constitutional Courts. None exist today. I nominate and support Donald J. Trump for Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Congress has shown us they are a corrupt institution. They don't serve the interest of the American people, they serve the interests of their party or personal interests by advocating for foreign nations. All pay for Congress should cease until the budget is balanced. Why should they be paid to work against the American people? No other person is paid not to do their job. Why are they entitled to pay without performance? Congress is an outdated institution serving foreigners not us. Our government has come to believe we the people are inferior to them. But remember they are our employees and we have the power to fire those who do not serve us. By not having a speaker of the House they can not conduct the business of the people and are holding the people's Congress hostage for their personal agenda. I believe we do not have any honorable representatives and all should be voted out and term limits established to end their bogus conspiracy by our power to vote.

We the people need to remove our delusions about the deep state. The deep state is in fact BAR Associations. Together they control every aspect of our government, media, energy, banking, etc... BAR Associations tax the sovereign people to support their lavish lifestyles. This is all prohibitted by our 13th Amendment that was unconstitutionally removed in 1871. The BAR members have alot to loose if the 13th Amendment is reinstated. Until it is the deep state will continue to persecute the people. Every BAR member in a public office of trust or profit is defrauding taxpayers of public money as compensation for a job they cannot legally perform. We must stop allowing these foreign agents to manipulate us into believing they are our protectors, they are in fact our oppressors, persecutors and superiors. Truth is truth.

Hamas is in our colleges and universities and allowed to protest claiming they have the 1st Amendment right to do so. In fact, all student visas should be canceled and all protesters deported back to Gaza. Palestinians have no rights in our country under our Constitution that is reserved to we the people of the United States of America. Biden has allowed terrorist to enter our country and media is promoting their radical views. These foreign nationals should be removed from our country in the interest of Public Safety. Americans are being held hostage by Palestinians which makes them enemy combatants. Those loyal to Hamas should not be in our country.
